Since it takes 17 days for it to fully evolved, how about adjusting it so that it evolve every 10 levels or defeat 17 bosses with related questlines 17 times. The main point is to make it harder to get than just being online for 17 days. Last edited: Feb 26, Tect and Johnny like this.
