Well, when I fired up this computer, the only icon that appeared on the desktop was a free trial of Norton Antivirus and the recycle bin. MS Office is pre-loaded, but you must purchase this separately.

Anyway, this computer system rocks and I would rate it a high value considering how much processor speed it has.

Pros: Fast machine. I am using it with Handbrake to compress videos. It runs X faster than my core 2 due machine. Little junkware. Just Office trial. Easily removed. Cons: Construction is a little cheap feeling.

DVD drive doors seem easily breakable. Fan runs constantly and is somewhat noisy. Doesn't bother me as i start a job and leave it. You might not be happy with it on your desktop.
